Date: Saturday 25 April 2026
Time: The Service will commence promptly at 06:30am (guests are requested to be in place by 06:15am)
Location: Kranji War Cemetery, 9 Woodlands Road, Singapore 738656
Attire: Civilian: Business attire
Military: SAF 5E or equivalent (ADF: RAN S2; Army: 1B; RAAF: Ceremonial 1)
(Please note - the walk up to the Memorial is in the dark, with an ascending grassy slope - please wear appropriate footwear).
Poppies and Rosemary sprigs will be available at the entrance to the Memorial.
Weather: The Service will proceed in the event of light rain. Heavy rain or lightning may result in postponement or cancellation. Please monitor the New Zealand High Commission Social Media Channels for updates on the day:

Post-Service: Shortly after the ANZAC Day Dawn Service, Singapore History Consultants will conduct free guided tours of Kranji War Cemetery. The tours will take approximately 30 minutes and participants will have the opportunity to learn about the Cemetery, gain insights into some of the events of the past and the role played by Australian and New Zealand personnel during World War II.
Everyone is welcome to join the tours. Interested parties are encouraged to place their names at the registration table located on the steps at the entrance to the cemetery, after the Service.
Getting there:

Taxi/Private Car Hire: Recommended drop-off is on Woodlands Road at the entrance to Kranji War Memorial. The entrance is near the intersection with Turf Club Avenue (738656).
Bus: The nearest public bus stop is ‘Kranji War Memorial’ on Woodlands Road, 5 min walk from the cemetery.
MRT: The nearest MRT stop is Kranji Station – NS7 (North-South Line), 15 min walk from the cemetery.
Please plan your trip in advance, noting that some public transport may not be in operation in the early hours of the morning.

Limited Public Parking is only available at the Singapore Turf Club (738078). Follow the Turf Club Parking signs to Car Park B along Turf Club Ave. From the car park, take the stairs from Car Park B to the Go Kart Track entrance then walk 10-15 minutes along Woodlands Road to the cemetery.
