Adopting in Singapore
Adopting a non-Singapore-citizen child while in Singapore? Check the Department of Home Affairs (External Link) first - Australia's migration requirements are specific, and a Singapore court adoption order for a non-Singapore-citizen child may not meet meet them and you should seek independant legal advice. Birth, marriage and death certificates
We can't request an Australian birth, marriage or death certificate on your behalf, due to the Privacy Act. Apply directly through your state or territory's Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages website.

International Driving Permits
An International Driving Permit isn't a licence on its own — you still need a current Australian licence. Apply through your state or territory's issuing authority.
