Witnessing renewal of an Australian Driver's Licence

 

 

Australian Drivers licence records are maintained and issued by State and Territory Government. The Australian High Commission is not able to renew an Australian Driver Licence. Please see your relevent State or Territory Government website below for information on how to renew a driver licence while overseas:

Services we can provide at the Australian High Commission 

 Your renewal form may require your signature to be witnessed by a Consular Employee AND/OR required certified true copies of your Identity Documents. If either of these is required by the Licensing Authority, you will need to attend the High Commission in person, bring along the form, and whatever other documents the Licensing Authority requires by way of proof of identity (details of which are on the form).

Fees will be charged based on the type and the quantity of services the High Commission is required to do by the Licencing Authority.
